One of the welds on the leg socket broke causing the top rail to bend. I contacted myfungear and they were very responsive. I had the parts to repair the trampoline within five days of contacting myfungear. Absolutely no hassle

A very beautiful trampoline！Honestly setup was a breeze. This trampoline is way better than our last one. This brand not only offers a 5yr warranty but the metal legs are powder coated so no rust. The blue padding if you need to replace it due to the harsh whether like I needed to on our old one is only $20! old trampoline we had needed a new one after a year of use and the company wanted $100!!!
Super fast delivery! The product is great, and assembly was very easy. My kids love it! The only thing is, I wish the ladder was a bit wider, but I guess most of the cost went into the trampoline’s quality—which is totally worth it. Highly recommended!
We bought this for our small kids for Christmas and it was their favorite Christmas gift. It looked great, felt sturdy, and the kids loved it.
We did have issues with the bars bending after about 8 months but we contacted MyFunGear and they sent us a replacement.

Ive had my trampoline for many years now. It has held up to my kids abuse. I contacted customer support for a replacment part and was amazed at the response. Caroline was extremely friendly and prompt with a solution. I received the new part within a week. I highly reccomend this company and will buy more of their products in the future.
I got the 14ft blue trampoline, Assembly was pretty straight forward. You will need at least 2 people to put it together. We were not missing any pieces. The hardware is well packaged, so it's easy to see that you have all of the pieces. The instructions come with a list of parts, so it was easy to make sure we received everything before starting assembly. The hardest part was stretching the trampoline mat (you need to be strong) and installing the flexible fiberglass rods that run along the top of the net between the vertical support bars.
Well made and very sturdy. Make sure you have two people when assembling it.
