One of the welds on the leg socket broke causing the top rail to bend. I contacted myfungear and they were very responsive. I had the parts to repair the trampoline within five days of contacting myfungear. Absolutely no hassle
Bought this as a Christmas gift for our 8 and 11 year old granddaughters. They are having a blast on it! Our son set it up by himself and said it seems very sturdy.

The T-joint connectors make the net poles super stable, way better than the old wrap-around fabric method. Setting it up was surprisingly easy, and the bounce is top-notch. My whole family enjoys it—best purchase we’ve made for outdoor fun!
